Quotes that I  live by:

“Lean with it, Rock with it”

“Rid yourself of vanities and go with the season”-Jason Mraz

“The unthankful heart… discovers no mercies; but the thankful heart… will find, in every hour, some heavenly blessings.”- Henry Beecher

Growing up as a Military kid, I was fortunate enough to take in some of the most breathtaking places in the world. Those beautiful memories will forever be etched in my mind. When I would stay at my grandparents house, I made little villages’ with sticks, rocks, leaves (there was even toilets in the house villages!) and took photos of it. I remember being so proud creating the scene and “capturing it” that when I got them developed I was proud that “I” took that.  In high school, I did yearbook and journalism; it was during that time I took major interest in photography. I started out in film, and remember when the digital cams started coming out I immediately fell in love with digital slr.

I started the Pay It Forward Photography Resource blog May 2007 when I was upgrading my little camera bag and asked around for recommendations on bigger camera bags since I had outgrown my itty bitty bag. I received a big black camera bag from a fellow photographer Paul, who said to “pay it forward”.  I pay it forward ,everyday, on this blog.

To those that I have been in contact with, I am thankful for the knowledge and assistance in everything I do and have done thus far. I am also thankful to all those who have paid it forward on the blog and continue to do so.

Never in a million years did I think “I’m going to be a blogger” along with being a photographer. But it happened. Its funny, I flunked most of my English classes. I abuse grammar on a daily bases. When I post, that’s me, bad spelling and all.  Sorry, LOL.:)

I’m not perfect, I do not know everything, and I certainly keep it real. I share the things and experience that I have gone through so that it may help fellow photogs down the road.

My knowledge base is in natural light photography, website, html coding, blogging, marketing, photoshop, the list goes on….

I am a natural light lifestyle photographer. There is no question that being a photographer, I am proud of that. I look forward to shooting everyday something that inspires me as an artist, creatively, and emotionally.
